Job Summary
Lead business and integration analysis efforts across digital transformation and system implementation projects by defining requirements, modeling processes, and driving IT system integration. Translate strategic business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and interface definitions while collaborating with solution architects and technical teams. Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between goals and technical solutions. Support testing, validation, and change management activities throughout the delivery lifecycle. Fluent in Czech and English, you will work within an agile environment to deliver complex system integration programs in the CEE region.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis, or system implementation
- Understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and data exchange formats (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core banking, etc.) and related integration scenarios
- Proven ability to create detailed documentation (business requirements, interface specs, process flows)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile and hybrid project delivery environments
- Fluent in Czech and English (C1)
