Job Summary
As a Business & Integration Analyst in Technology Consulting, you will lead business and integration analysis efforts across digital transformation and system implementation projects. Your responsibilities include defining business requirements, modeling processes, driving the successful integration of IT systems, facilitating workshops with stakeholders, and translating business needs into use cases and integration specifications. The role requires a strong background in business and integration analysis with at least 3 years of relevant experience, combined with an understanding of integration architectures and enterprise systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, integration analysis, or system implementation
- Understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and data exchange formats (e.g., REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, core banking, etc.) and related integration scenarios
- Proven ability to create detailed documentation (business requirements, interface specs, process flows)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in agile and hybrid project delivery environments
- Fluency in Czech and English (C1)
