Job Summary
Oversee workload distribution and team performance to ensure balanced account management and proactive hiring. Coordinate training sessions on compliance and quality control while conducting annual performance evaluations and addressing audit findings. Lead team meetings, gather feedback, and collaborate with HR on staffing needs. Provide updates to senior management on operational challenges and participate in strategic planning sessions. Manage crisis situations and ensure adherence to corporate compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be within driving distance to our Chattanooga, TN office to be considered for this role
- Have the ability to commute to the office a minimum of three days per week
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sr. Client Manager or Account Executive in Business Insurance
- Proven track record of excellent client service and mentoring of colleagues
- Strong understanding of Corporate, Compliance, and Surplus Lines Standards
- Proficient in utilizing technology and outsourcing options to enhance operational efficiency
- Positive, proactive, and systematic approach to problem-solving
- Property & Casualty License Required
- Annual CE Requirement
