Job Summary
Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager develops and maintains middle-market client relationships, partnering with the Producer to support sales, retention, and growth. Responsible for account management activities including billing, policy changes, agency system updates, coverage questions, risk analysis, submissions, negotiations of coverage and pricing, proposals, renewal lifecycle management, and communication with clients and carriers to drive retention. Requires extensive P&C insurance experience, strong negotiation and management of the placement process, and proficiency with agency management software. Located near Opelika, AL, with a minimum of three days per week in-office collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years insurance experience in an agency or brokerage focusing on middle market clients
- 5+ years knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
- High School Diploma required and Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Property & Casualty License
- Proficiency with agency management software (Sagitta, Image Right)
