Business Insurance Sr. Client Manager

Job Summary
Partner with the Producer to support sales, manage the full account lifecycle, including billing, policy changes, agency management system updates, and renewal processes; provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations, prepare submissions, negotiate coverage and pricing, and develop proposals; maintain strong client and carrier relationships to drive retention, resolve accounting discrepancies, and stay up-to-date on rates, forms, and coverage changes; ensure accurate policy-checking and compliance to avoid potential errors and omissions; 7+ years in insurance with P&C knowledge; license required with degree preferred; strong negotiation and process-management skills; Sagitta and Image Right experience; values-driven culture at MMA.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years insurance experience in an agency or brokerage environment focusing on middle market clients
- 5+ years demonstrated knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred (designations encouraged)
- Property & Casualty License
- Proficiency with agency management software (Sagitta, Image Right)
