Job Summary
Process policies, endorsements, audits, and client documents in the agency management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Enter premium information to create records and invoices, then prepare documents for delivery via email, mail, or hand delivery. Maintain data integrity across all fields and assist clients with payment instructions, receipt of notices, and premium finance agreements. Manage certificate holder lists, prepare renewal certificates, and verify third-party coverage. Set diaries to track account activity and act as backup to Account Managers for routine consultations. Property and Casualty License required within 75 days of onboarding. Base salary range $41,200 to $76,800. Hybrid work available.
Required Qualifications
- Property and Casualty License must be obtained within 75 days of the first day of New Hire Onboarding
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word
- Must be organized, detail oriented, timely and efficient
- Strong work ethic, responsible, reliable, service oriented
- Possession of or ability to obtain state P&C insurance license
- Strong math skills with an understanding of basic accounting principles
