Business Insurance Client Advisor

Manage the renewal process by providing technical insurance advice and service support for new and existing accounts to maintain client retention. Execute communication and client service for both internal and external stakeholders while mastering the Sagitta Agency Management System and document management tools. Resolve complex problems using abstract reasoning and manage client accounts receivables and payables with strong time management and organizational skills. You will mentor associates and apply your five years of account management experience within an insurance agency. This role requires an active Florida 2-20 insurance license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
