Job Summary
Role focuses on integrating data from commercial, financial, and operational systems to produce insights and a consistent view of business performance. You’ll partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Operations; use AI to accelerate synthesis and create repeatable insight outputs; tell the story behind the numbers for diverse stakeholders; and experiment with AI-assisted insight workflows to drive cross-functional understanding. Preference for a B2B SaaS background and familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce; responsibilities span cross-functional data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional storytelling to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years in an analyst, insights, strategy or consulting role
- experience across more than one function (commercial, financial, operational)
- AI-native working style; familiarity with LLMs as a core thinking tool
- strong written and verbal storytelling; adaptable framing for CRO/CFO/Head of Operations
- comfort with spreadsheets; working knowledge of SQL is useful but not essential
