Job Summary

Entry-level Business Initiatives and Project Coordinator supporting GPS: coordinates onboarding schedules and logistics for onboarding activities, manages project rollouts in project management systems, and provides administrative support to student services, academic operations, and KPI data reporting. Responsible for maintaining onboarding calendars, documentation, tracking systems, and supporting training resources and event logistics; collaborates across departments to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and FERPA compliance; contributes to process-improvement initiatives and supports cross-functional projects to enhance student and employee success.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–2 years professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data maintenance and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and FERPA adherence
