Business Information Analyst II – Local Cost of Care

Business Information Analyst II – Local Cost of Care analyzes data across multiple metrics, creates and maintains databases to track performance, and develops reports (claims, provider, utilization) with notations of deviations. He/she translates business requirements into usable decision-support tools, publishes periodic and ad hoc reports, and provides actionable recommendations to support Cost of Care evaluation across markets. Requires a BS/BA and at least 2 years of relevant experience; familiarity with SQL, SQL Server Studio, Snowflake, and data-visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) is preferred. This role operates in a hybrid setting with in-office presence required at least one day per week at one of several Pulse Point locations (Indianapolis, IN; Atlanta, GA; Urbandale, IA; Nashville, TN; Tampa, FL; Norfolk, VA) and is subject to commuting-distance requirements unless an accommodation is granted.
