Job Summary
Lead site-based improvement initiatives delivering measurable operational and financial outcomes; coach teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies; develop business cases and lead end-to-end project delivery; ensure governance, tracking, reporting, and benefit realization; partner with Finance to validate savings and ROI; promote digital tools and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste; drive data-driven decision-making, benchmarking, and standardization of processes; manage cross-functional stakeholders and deliver on time within scope to achieve measurable benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) or similar methodologies
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry, with proven improvement results
- Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Experience with performance dashboards and data analytics tools (desirable)
