Job Summary
Oversee business process improvements for Rakuten Denki sales across all Rakuten Mobile Shops nationwide by establishing efficient workflows and accelerating new contract acquisitions. Train and develop store crews while enhancing sales and customer explanation processes to boost performance. Identify operational bottlenecks using quantitative and qualitative approaches to formulate solutions, and set, monitor, and optimize Key Performance Indicators. Work from headquarters to drive continuous improvements that support the division's goal of becoming the No. 1 new electric power company.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following fields within a multi-location or retail-chain company: sales promotion, store operations support, training and development, retail talent acquisition, workflow systemization, or operational standardization
- Proven track record of significantly driving sales growth by analyzing retail performance metrics to implement business process improvements
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
