Job Summary
Support regional Practice Leaders by managing the day-to-day practice to-do list, coordinating internal meetings, and driving execution of special projects aligned with strategic priorities. Act as the central point of contact for practice staff, ensuring effective management of PMO responsibilities, tracking actions, and facilitating compliance with best practices. Lead commercial effectiveness initiatives by analyzing pipeline data, supporting business development, and managing RFP processes for Banking & Financial Services and Insurance practices. Coordinate with Finance, KM, and Talent Analytics to develop MIS for strategy and internal brand building, while maintaining investment budgets and partner objective tracking. Drive regional and global process rollouts, including annual Key Clients reviews and partner year-end processes, to ensure adherence to APR BIT standards.
