Business Impact Manager (Practice Manager) - Paris

The Business Impact Manager will lead the strategic and operational governance of Oliver Wyman's Consumer, Technology and Telecommunications practice in Europe, coordinating practice staff and infrastructure support, and acting as a go-to point for practice topics. Responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial and people-development strategies, managing recurring day-to-day activities, delivering strategic decision support analyses, facilitating internal meetings, tracking actions, and driving improvements in processes. The role requires experience in professional services, strong project-management and relationship-building capabilities, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with familiarity in applying generative AI tools in a business context. Fluency in English is required; French proficiency is helpful. The preferred location is Paris, France, with a hybrid work arrangement (at least 60% in-office). This is a fixed-term 6-month contractual role within Oliver Wyman's Europe BIT and involves collaboration with Partners, affiliated consultants, and infrastructure teams.
