Business Impact Manager (Practice Manager) - Munich

Orbiting the Europe Business Impact Team, the Business Impact Manager will act as the central orchestrator for the Consumer, Technology and Telecommunications practice within Oliver Wyman Europe. The role focuses on strategic and commercial development, day-to-day practice operations, and staff coordination (Partners, affiliated consultants, specialists) with support from infrastructure functions. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships with practice leadership, supporting planning and execution of strategic initiatives, pipeline and account planning, managing action items and to-do lists, executing people-management processes, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements in strategic, commercial, and operational processes. The role requires leadership within the team, delivery of high-value analyses, and effective communication with Partners, alongside leveraging AI tools to enhance business outcomes. The deployment location is Munich with a hybrid work policy (at least 60% in-office), and the role may shift across Practice areas based on business needs. English fluency is essential; additional languages (e.g., French) are beneficial.
