Job Summary
Partner with practice leadership to develop and implement commercial, corporate, and people strategies, providing timely, decision-relevant insight for strategic analyses. Drive practice growth through key account planning, high-impact opportunity management, and pipeline execution while connecting infrastructure colleagues for coordinated follow-through. Enable the effective day-to-day running of the TAI practice in Europe by managing leadership meetings, action tracking, people-management cycles, and compliance processes. Lead or support priority initiatives that bring stakeholders together to maintain momentum through delivery. Contribute to the wider Business Impact Team by sharing successful practices, coaching colleagues, and turning lessons into practical improvements for team effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services
- Understanding of how a consulting or similarly complex professional-services business operates
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Experience solving business problems
- Experience delivering to tight deadlines
- Experience using quantitative analysis
- Experience providing business presentations to support leadership decision-making
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Proficiency in AI tools
- Experience handling confidential and business-critical matters
- Ability to work independently
