Job Summary
Partner with practice leadership to develop and implement commercial, corporate, and people strategies, providing timely, decision-relevant insight for effective action and follow-through. Drive practice growth through key account planning, high-impact opportunity management, and pipeline management while connecting infrastructure colleagues around priority opportunities. Enable the effective day-to-day running of the practice by managing leadership meetings, action tracking, people-management cycles, and compliance processes. Lead or support priority initiatives as practice needs evolve, bringing the right stakeholders together and maintaining momentum through delivery. Contribute to the wider Business Impact Team by leading internal initiatives, sharing practices, and supporting colleagues through learning and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services
- Understanding of how a consulting or similarly complex professional-services business operates
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
- Experience solving business problems
- Experience delivering to tight deadlines
- Experience using quantitative analysis
- Experience using business presentations
- Ability to provide insight and support leadership decision-making
- Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in PowerPoint

- Experience handling confidential and business-critical matters
