Job Summary
Business Immigration Paralegal role supporting attorneys in a global immigration practice. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and editing technical legal documents and immigration petitions (O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW); drafting support letters and recommendation letters; preparing summaries of foreign nationals’ works; handling NIVs (H-1B, L, E-1/2, TN, O-1) and IV filings (PERM, I-140, AOS, N-400, etc.); processing I-485, I-765, travel documents, and related forms; updating case management systems (INSZoom), liaising with USCIS and consulates, and managing client communications. Requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple matters, and professional written/oral communication; role is a maternity cover in Warsaw with potential longer-term cooperation; work within a collaborative, fast-paced immigration team. Also notes compliance with GT recruitment communications and privacy guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to gain a basic understanding of various industry topics and present complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Strong proofreading and attention to detail
- Be a Polish citizen living in Poland or a foreign national living in Poland with the right to work in Poland
