Business Immigration Consultant (Experienced Paralegal)

Job Summary
Conduct substantive, client-facing case preparation and filing of petitions for employment-based immigration matters, including document gathering, review, analysis, and drafting. Independently manage case status through case management and billing systems while generating clear written work products that demonstrate accurate application of immigration knowledge. Proactively communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts to troubleshoot issues, establish case strategy, and recommend solutions, ensuring all work meets assigned Service Level Agreements and deadlines. Assist in hiring and training new team members while identifying process improvements to enhance productivity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service-oriented role
- At least 4 years of business immigration experience (i.e., paralegal)
- Possesses strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas and client processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes without the aid of AI engines
- Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel
- Desire to contribute to positive work environment, effectively collaborate and promote teamwork
- Must be able to verify identity, confirm legal authorization to work in the offered position's location, and pass a comprehensive background check
