Job Summary
Oversee case production operations, including drafting client and legal correspondence, preparing filings such as RFE responses, and managing case timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Lead case status meetings, assign cases, and adjust workload allocation while reviewing drafts to identify major issues. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and facilitating communications between the team and external stakeholders. Mentor Case Coordinators, ensure adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, and generate reports for both case teams and clients. Support additional projects and ad-hoc administrative functions as required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions
- Demonstrated high level of competence in designated area of immigration law
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Willingness to take on added responsibilities and learn new things
- Ability to show initiative and work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt quickly to firm-specific software
- Excellent time management skills
- Bachelor's degree
