Job Summary
Remote, full-time Business Immigration Attorney responsible for preparing and filing immigration cases (including H-1B, I-140, I-485 and NIV/IV), providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients, supervising paralegals, and collaborating with attorneys across a remote-first team. Responsibilities include client management, case strategy development, legal research, drafting legal memoranda/briefs, mentoring paralegals, ensuring case quality, and supporting enterprise clients. Requires JD, State Bar admission, 1-3 years of related experience with PERM and visa matters, strong English communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment (remote).
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Admittance to the State Bar
- 1-3 years of related experience
- 1+ years of experience/proficiency with PERM
- Experience with H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas
- Track record of meeting Service Level Expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); bilingual a plus
