Business Immigration Associate (3-4 Years)

Job Summary
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, Partners, and senior management through meetings, briefings, and reporting. Formulate immigration strategies for intricate matters, presenting well-structured arguments and serving as a business advisor on industry risks. Independently execute case preparation, filing, and documentation while researching complex technical issues to resolve client scenarios. Ensure self and team adherence to firm protocols for file maintenance, record keeping, and data quality in Connect. Directly supervise Associates, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management while leading continuous improvement processes. Support Partners on client proposals, business plans, and RFPs, and proactively identify marketing and business development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. JD or LLM required
- Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
- 3-4 years of experience at Associate level
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of immigration law
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
