Business Immigration Associate (2 Years)

Job Summary
Develop expert-level understanding of clients and Fragomen’s practice areas in business immigration; formulate case strategies, conduct research, draft and review documents, counsel clients and triage initiations; support client programs and compliance, assess eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant statuses, prepare petitions with client global mobility personnel, supervise junior staff, and contribute to process improvements while leveraging firm technology. Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals within SLAs, and maintain precise, efficient, and organized responses to client requests.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. JD or LLM required
- Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
- 2-3 years of experience at Associate level
- Expanded practical understanding of immigration law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and drafting fluent prose
