Job Summary

Business HR Analyst to support HR analytics, operations, and process improvement within Abbott’s Rapid and Molecular Diagnostics organization. You’ll work on HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, hiring, attrition, performance), analyze HR data, and translate insights into clear summaries for HR and business partners. Responsibilities include assisting in identifying opportunities to improve HR processes using Workday, Excel, and Power BI; maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems; supporting key HR processes (reporting, audits, and programs such as compensation and talent management); and partnering with cross-functional teams to improve information sharing and HR experiences. Preferred qualifications include internship or project experience in HR or analytics and familiarity with HR processes and data tools. The role is based onsite in Lake Forest, IL, with a base pay range of $50,700 – $101,300 and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
