Job Summary
Lead Snapchat's Korea business by building and guiding a high-performing team of Client Partners and Client Solutions Managers to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Own the commercial strategy for Snapchat in Korea, drive domestic and export revenue growth, and develop scalable go-to-market plans to accelerate advertiser acquisition, retention, and long-term growth. Establish and nurture executive relationships with Korea’s leading advertisers, agencies, and key industry stakeholders; serve as senior executive contact for strategic partners and major clients; drive adoption of Snapchat’s full-funnel advertising solutions (Brand, Performance, Commerce, AR, Creator-led initiatives); identify market opportunities and competitive dynamics to inform strategy; lead revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration with regional/global teams; represent Snapchat at industry events and shape market leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, technology, or platform sales
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales organizations
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, mobile marketing, performance marketing, social media platforms, and agency ecosystems
- Executive-level relationship building with advertisers and agencies
- Experience with forecasting revenue and driving operational excellence
- Business-level fluency in Korean and English
