Job Summary
Business Head - Equity for Paytm Money Ltd. Drive growth across Equity products (Delivery, Intraday, ETFs, IPOs, Trading Ideas, Baskets, Bonds, SIPs, NPS) by owning MTUs and shaping strategies to acquire, activate, engage, and retain users. Define product vision and roadmaps for Equity offerings, partner with Product and Technology to launch features that boost customer growth, and design GTM strategies in collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Growth teams. Lead analytics-driven growth initiatives, oversee performance metrics, and manage the Equity business team to deliver scale. MPI: 10-15+ years of experience in relevant financial domains; MBA from a reputed institution or equivalent experience preferred.
