Business Growth Strategist

Job Summary
Business Growth Strategist responsible for developing and executing high-impact partnership strategies to acquire new group membership accounts and drive growth. Identify target organizations and geographies, conduct multi-touch outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events), lead discovery and needs assessments, deliver presentations and proposals, address objections, and tailor offers. Manage the full sales process with SLAs and a defined pipeline; collaborate with Product Manager and Loyalty teams to source and onboard partners for the group membership program; analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to refine growth strategies; contribute to marketing strategies in support of the program; provide monthly performance insights, track activity against SLAs, and support ad hoc data validation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma or University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences.
