Job Summary
payabl. seeks a Senior Business Growth Manager to drive end-to-end growth for BaaS and CaaS offerings across Europe from Limassol, Cyprus. The role focuses on acquiring fintechs, PSPs, marketplaces, and digital platforms for embedded banking and issuing solutions (including business accounts, IBANs, and card programs), managing the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding and go-live, coordinating with Compliance, Operations, Product, Legal, and CRM teams on regulatory and product requirements, and representing payabl. at industry events while maintaining a structured pipeline using HubSpot, Apollo, and Salesforce. It also covers opportunity sourcing, pricing, CDD/KYB regulatory considerations, onboarding, and activation, with extensive cross-functional collaboration and ownership from initial discussions to live activation.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience selling Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and/or Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions
- Proven track record launching IBAN/safeguarding accounts, BIN sponsorship, or card issuing programs
- Experience structuring embedded finance or issuing partnerships with FinTechs, PSPs, or platforms
- Strong understanding of CDD/KYB, AML, safeguarding, and regulatory onboarding for regulated financial products
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder fintech infrastructure deals (not only merchant acquiring)
- Strong stakeholder management – collaborates effectively with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Ops; builds trust across functions.
- Ownership mentality – accountable from first conversation to go-live and activation, not just contract signature.
- Credible communicator – confident representing payabl. with founders, fintech leaders, and partners at industry events
