Job Summary
Support the founder's office team in lead generation, market research, and sales and marketing initiatives. Assist in identifying new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events, while representing the agency at industry conferences. Manage and track sales activities using a CRM system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor initiative implementation. Create compelling client presentations showcasing agency capabilities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to leadership. Ensure a seamless customer experience through direct sales outreach and digital marketing channel utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in sales, marketing, business administration or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurship, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, such as social media and email marketing.
- Understanding of the design industry, including trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
