Job Summary
Create install generation activities in identified channels including senior living, the VA, and healthcare professionals. Promote CaptionCall services by visiting existing and recruiting new providers to deliver captioning solutions. Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones while courteously training customers on features. Guide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding business reach through events and presentations. Complete service calls, maintain customer records in CRM, and submit feedback on interactions. Manage Provider and Educator accounts and ensure adequate inventory of equipment and marketing supplies. Travel 50-75% of the time with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet established goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- 1 Year Experience as a CaptionCall Trainer
- Ability to comfortably and clearly present to large and small groups
- Ability to tailor to unique needs of individual customers and healthcare professionals
- Must be able to adapt to various sales situations and environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Commitment to adhere to strict compliance standards
- Ability to meet or exceed expectations and maintain established goals set forth by department management
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening
- Must be reliable, organized and punctual
- Must be able to work independently
- Daily driving is required
- Must have a reliable, licensed and insured vehicle available at all times
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Must have a PC (not a mac) and a high speed internet connection to perform essential job duties
- Must be able to walk, bend, crawl, kneel, lift and move furniture as needed
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, tools, and to handle other computer components
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Requisite integrity to maintain highly confidential, sensitive information relating to the employees, customers, and technologies of Sorenson Communications
Desired Qualifications
- Certified as a CaptionCall Trainer II, III or Master Trainer
