Job Summary
The Business Growth Field Trainer is responsible for promoting the CaptionCall phone service by visiting existing healthcare professionals and recruiting new ones. The role involves managing Provider and Educator accounts, conducting installations and troubleshooting of CaptionCall phones, and training customers on product use. Essential duties include creating generation activities, attending trade shows, maintaining customer records in CRM, and working independently. Candidates must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of relevant experience, with strong communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Year Experience as a CaptionCall Trainer
- Ability to comfortably and clearly present to large and small groups
- Ability to tailor to unique needs of individual customers and healthcare professionals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Commitment to adhere to strict compliance standards
- Ability to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listening
- Must be reliable, organized and punctual
- Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Certified as a CaptionCall Trainer II, III or Master Trainer
