Job Summary
Business Growth Development Specialist for Premier Pediatric Therapy in San Antonio, TX. Drive growth by increasing patient referrals and attracting qualified applicants through strategic outreach and relationship-building with regional referral partners (physicians, hospitals, and managed care organizations). Lead proactive outreach, strategic marketing, and ongoing relationship development in the Texas In-Home market; conduct regular sales calls to expand presence, collaborate with leadership to formulate an operational plan for assigned markets, and support programs aligned with the organization’s mission. Travel within the designated territory; collaborate with other leaders to achieve quality, satisfaction, and financial goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and organizational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing
