Job Summary
18-month Business Graduate Programme across local and international teams. Phase-based experience: home market foundations, international market rotation (e.g., HQ Hanover or other EMEA locations), and HQ return to apply insights into commercial, operational, digital, or strategic areas. You’ll work on real projects, develop cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, apply digital and analytical skills to drive business performance and digital transformation, and gain international exposure and mobility within a global organisation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business studies, economics, informatics, or a related field from a recognized university
