Job Summary
Lead generation and sales support by mining daily client inquiries for potential leads and qualifying them directly with the Sales channel before escalating to VPs. Produce sales and marketing materials, including emails and succinct wordage for Account Executives, while supporting campaign management for client attendance at Gartner Conferences. Manage Gartner Sales territories by scheduling meetings, identifying key accounts, and monitoring opportunities. Maintain the Salesforce CRM pipeline for biweekly reporting and forecasting, and serve as the primary contact for departmental inquiries from internal groups including Sales, EXP, EITL, Research Board, and CSO. Execute ad-hoc and strategic project initiatives as needs arise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years work experience in a Lead Generation / Customer Services role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (ability to create pivot tables and vlookups)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook
- Interest or experience in an IT related industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Willingness to think out of the box
