Job Summary
Conduct in-classroom skill development in banking, IT support, application development, data analysis, project management, business operations, customer success, and network security. Complete professional training in communication, interviewing, and networking while receiving personalized coaching and mentorship. Participate in internships or job placement services through YUPRO Placement at organizations like Bank of America, Wells Fargo, or Lowe's. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Maintain availability Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
