Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year (or shorter) intensive job-training program in Dallas/Fort Worth that combines classroom skill development, internships, and coaching to launch careers in Business Operations, Financial Operations, and Project Management. Participants gain access to internships at major organizations (e.g., Bank of America, Merck, Amazon, LinkedIn) and receive an educational stipend during the internship phase. The program emphasizes customer communications, team-based project coordination, finance training, professional business and communication skills, and resume networking support, with career-paths including HR Coordinator, Data Analysis & Reporting/Business Intelligence, Fund Accounting, Project Coordinator, Operations Support, and Client Services. Employed graduates report strong post-graduation outcomes and starting salaries in the adult market.
Required Qualifications
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
