Job Summary
Year Up United offers a one-year or shorter intensive job training program in the Business pathway with a focus on Financial Operations, including access to internships and job placement via YUPRO Placement. Internships may be with Bank of America, Merck, Amazon or LinkedIn in the Phoenix area. The program provides customer communications, team-based project coordination, comprehensive finance training, and professional business skills development, plus resume building and ongoing coaching. During internships, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week. Career paths include Fund Accounting and Client services support.
Required Qualifications
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
