Job Summary
Assist in preparing annual pricing and cost estimates while managing Service Level Agreements from creation through closeout. Serve as a primary liaison to provide project cost proposals, prepare monthly financial statements, and reconcile expenditures with Government finance offices. Support procurement actions through cost analysis, maintain data integrity across financial systems, and develop program documentation including concepts of operations and standard operating procedures. Track activity status, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective action plans to ensure successful program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI w/ active Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial management, program control, or customer account management (CAM), preferably within a government or contracting environment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial management systems or ERP tools (e.g., Costpoint, Unanet, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare and interpret financial data and reports
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), budgeting processes, and federal financial regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement corrective actions proactively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
