Job Summary
Manage finance and accounting functions and provide leadership to the financial team for Lab and Pharmacy services. Analyze performance, address complex financial challenges, and support operational and strategic needs to help leadership make informed business decisions. Utilize expertise in financial and operational management to drive financial performance while contributing to Harris Health's mission of improving community health through acute care, primary care, and population health services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years of financial and/or operational management experience
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience
- Strong experience analyzing and solving complex financial problems
- Above-average verbal communication with frequent public contact
- Exceptional verbal and public-speaking skills
- Strong written communication for correspondence and reports
- Financial analysis
