Job Summary
Analyze financial performance to identify growth opportunities and drive improvement across business units. Collaborate with business and finance teams to develop detailed bottom-up financial plans and track progress against goals. Regularly monitor actual results versus projections, analyze variances, and communicate findings to support informed decision-making. Ensure accuracy of month-end reports, optimize revenue cycle processes, and assess the financial impact of new initiatives. Contribute to strategic planning, goal-setting, and process automation projects while providing data-driven insights to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in a Business Finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify trends and insights from complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
