Business Finance & Customer Care Consultant | Caloundra GWM

Hybrid role combining vehicle finance and insurance (F&I), aftermarket sales, and customer care responsibilities. Present finance and insurance options to vehicle purchasers; promote vehicle protection products and aftermarket accessories; assist customers through the vehicle delivery process; maintain strong customer relationships before and after delivery; conduct customer follow-up and retention activities; ensure all finance and compliance documentation is completed accurately; deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the ownership journey. Look for candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, banking, finance, insurance, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and establish trust, strong administration and organizational skills, and comfort working towards targets and KPIs. Current driver’s licence required; automotive, finance, or aftermarket experience is advantageous but training provided.
