Job Summary
Lead cross global functional teams to develop finance strategies aligned with Business Operations and corporate goals; co-own the portfolio financial plan; manage revenue and margin governance, working capital metrics, and cost reduction initiatives; drive MIS for the business unit including cost pyramid analytics and revenue leakage; ensure timely month-end and quarter-end closures; build strong partnerships with stakeholders and influence senior leaders to optimize business results; require strong analytical, communication, and resilience to drive strategic finance initiatives in a multi-geography environment.
Required Qualifications
- Preferably CA with 3-7+ yrs of exp in Business Finance (BFM)
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with teams in different Geos
- Can do attitude and faster learning curve
