Job Summary
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses while analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, building reports in Microsoft Excel to support leaders in making informed business decisions. Partner with operational leaders to explain financial results and contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects. This role requires a valid driver's license for annual travel and is open to candidates residing in Iowa.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in Iowa
- Valid Driver's License with proof of insurance
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or human services is a plus, but not required
