Business Express - Loan Processor

Job Summary
Review approved small business loan applications for completeness and accuracy, managing condition fulfillment and vendor requests for appraisals, environmental reviews, and title work. Prepare closing packages, request closing documents, and process funding advances including wires. Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports and analysis while monitoring condition fulfillment and communicating with loan officers. Requires 3+ years of loan process experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and detail-oriented communication abilities. This role supports the Business Express lending team through end-to-end loan processing and post-closing duties.
