Job Summary
As Business Expert, you will lead local User and Master Data Maintenance, Sales Forecasting analysis, and pricing maintenance; be the primary contact for Smart Sales System (Salesforce) users and the sales team across the three businesses; train and support end-users in processes and tools; provide sales reports; interact with customer experience and value selling programs; drive operational aspects; ensure super user support of Salesforce data and maintenance; support commercial processes like forecasting, value selling, and relationship management with KPI follow-up and deep analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, marketing, engineering, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience supporting commercial processes
- Advanced proficiency in English is a must
- Proven experience managing Salesforce system
- Upper intermediate Excel skills
- Nice to have knowledge in Power BI
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- People management abilities are required
