Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India to grow the business and improve patient care. Develop and deliver territory plans, build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders, share clear clinical and scientific information, plan and run local educational activities and events, use field data to create action plans, track progress, and adapt activities to meet targets. Collaborate with sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies while adhering to laws and company policy. The role is hybrid with a mix of field work and time at the local office, with regular travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Comfortable using common digital tools such as Word and Excel and willing to learn CRM and other platforms
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally
