Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India to grow the business and improve patient care. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders; design and deliver territory plans; communicate clinical and scientific information to support informed care decisions; plan and run local educational activities and events; use field data to create action plans and track progress; collaborate across sales, medical and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies. Hybrid role with a mix of field work and time at the local office; travel regularly within the assigned territory. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field, at least 1 year of customer-facing experience (healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred), strong English communication skills, ability to build relationships, and willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel. Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical affairs, event planning, CRM familiarity, and cross-functional collaboration.
