Job Summary
Lead commercial activities in the assigned territory to grow the business and improve patient care. Develop and execute territory plans in collaboration with field colleagues and cross-functional partners. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and provide scientific and clinical information to support patient care. Plan and run local educational activities and events aligned to business and medical priorities. Use field data and insights to create action plans, monitor progress, and adapt activities to meet targets. Collaborate with sales, medical, and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies and ensure compliance. The role is hybrid with a mix of field work and time at the local office, with regular travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; regional language proficiency is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally
