Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory in India to grow the business and improve patient care. Develop and deliver territory plans, build trusted professional relationships with healthcare providers and local stakeholders, and communicate clear scientific and clinical information to support informed care decisions. Plan and run local educational activities and events aligned to business and medical priorities. Use field data and insights to create action plans, track progress, and adapt activities to meet targets. Collaborate with sales, medical, and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies and ensure adherence to laws and company policy. This hybrid role involves field work and office time with regular travel within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel regularly within the assigned territory
