Job Summary
Lead commercial activities across an assigned territory to grow the business and improve patient care. Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and local stakeholders, communicate clear scientific and clinical information to support informed care decisions, and plan/run local educational activities aligned to business priorities. Collaborate with field sales, medical, and operations to deliver coordinated local strategies while ensuring compliance with laws and company policy. This hybrid role involves field work with regular travel within the territory and time at the local office to execute territory plans and drive regional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or a related field
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer-facing role; healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence healthcare stakeholders
- Comfortable using common digital tools (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM and other digital platforms
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model, travel regularly within the assigned territory and represent the company professionally
